Sablan Elementary School during a community service project in Agat, Nov. 7. The community service project was part of an ongoing revitalization effort focusing on painting the school's worn surfaces. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the US 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
