150929-N-N0101-008 AT SEA (Sept. 29, 2015) A littoral battlespace sensing-glider (LBS-G) is deployed aboard a Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) T-AGS 60-class vessel. All six T-AGS 60-class vessels are forward-deployed 75-80% of the year, performing ocean forecasts to support fleet operations, protect resources and route ships to their destinations quickly, safely and economically.
