150926-N-KK081-790 SAN DIEGO (Sept. 26, 2015) Sailors assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion (ACB) 1 and 2 aboard the improved Navy lighterage system (INLS) Warping Tug 4 move an anchor off the INLS floating causeway during Exercise Brilliant Zenith 2015 (BZ15).
