150818-N-CG436-241 CHARLESTOWN, Mass (Aug. 18, 2015) Seabee divers assigned to Construction Dive Detachment Alfa (CDD/A) of Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 1 prepare do descend to conduct an inspection of a port security barrier (PSB) mooring system at the Charlestown Navy Yard. This particular PSB acts as a buffer between the USS Constitution and the rest of the harbor. UCT -1 deploys around the world to conduct underwater construction, inspection, repair and demolition operations in support of both peacetime and wartime missions.
