150721-N-FI568-178 ARABIAN GULF (July 21, 2015) Sailors honor the national ensign during a change of command ceremony for Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 12 in the hangar bay aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71). Rear Adm. Roy J. Kelley relieved Rear Adm. Andrew Lewis as commander of CSG 12. Theodore Roosevelt is deployed in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations supporting Operation Inherent Resolve, strike operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the region.
