150602-N-FV870-721 BALTIMORE (June 2, 2015) Reserve component sailors from Navy Operational Support Center Baltimore and students from Digital Harbor High School turn a capstan on the deck of historic USS Constellation in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. More than 20 Navy reservists participated, along with Digital Harbor High School students, in re-attaching two booms to the ship after it returned to its berth from major repairs over the winter at a nearby Coast Guard shipyard.
