150424-N-SD120-008 OKINAWA, Japan (April 24, 2015) Gunner�s Mate Andrew Cahoon, a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, crosses a three strand bridge at Jungle Warfare Training Center. More than 60 Seabees from NMCB-5 attended the week long course taught by Marine instructors. The course is designed to prepare Marines and joint forces for the rigors of combat in a dense jungle environment. NMCB-5 is currently deployed to Japan and several countries in the Pacific area of operations conducting construction operations and humanitarian assistance projects.
