150407-N-IK959-884 GREAT LAKES, Ill., (April 7, 2015) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Mike Stevens hands the first electronic tablet (e-tablet) to Seaman Recruit Justin Belnap, 21, from Belmont, Calif., during the launch of the eSailor initiative at Recruit Training Command. Forty new recruits received e-tablets as part of a pre-pilot beta test to help determine how well the devices will integrate into the training environment at Recruit Training Command.
