150326-N-MD297-002 PACIFIC OCEAN (March 26, 2015) More than 630 Sailors, Marines and civilians aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) form a teal ribbon and spell out "ESX ARG" to show support for Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. The formation was organized by the ship’s sexual assault prevention and response (SAPR) victim advocates to kick-off the Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month campaign and help raise awareness toward the importance of preventing sexual assault and other inappropriate behavior. Essex is underway participating in a composite training unit exercise with the Essex Amphibious Ready Group. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Huey D. Younger Jr./Released)
