PEO EIS Navy Sea Warrior (PMW 240) provided an early opportunity for attendees to WEST 2015 to try the eDIVO application. eDIVO is a Navy division officer informaiton and management tool that aggregates documents providing easy access to the most commonly used and referenced official U.S. Navy information and resources on the Sailor's mobile device.
