151003-N-QL164-001 SINGAPORE – Race competitiors take off on the start of the Navy Region Center Singapore (NRCS) 2nd Annual Duathlon held in observance of National Prisoner of War (POW) and Missing in Action (MIA) Recognition Day, Oct. 3, 2015. The 10-km bike and 5-km run gathered over a dozen military service members and their families and was hosted by NRCS Morale Welfare and Recreation Fitness team.
