Jim Joint, master of ceremonies, reveal the future concepts of three new ships during a ship naming ceremony at City Hall in Washington, D.C. Dec. 14. The ships that were named were the first of its class ballistic-missile submarine USS Columbia (SSBN 862), the future Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Puerto Rico (T-EPF 11) and John-Lewis class fleet replenishment oilers USNS Earl Warren (T-AO 207).
