161212-N-XN177-311 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 12, 2016) – Members the U.S. 7th Fleet and Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) bands play during a holiday concert at the Yokosuka Arts Center. The 7th Fleet Band operates out of Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
