A knuckle-boom crane lowers a rigid hull inflatable boat aboard USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) into the Atlantic Ocean for Maritime Raid Force Marines with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit to embark and conduct a visit, board, search and seizure drill during the Amphibious Ready Group Marine Expeditionary Unit Exercise Dec. 9, 2016.
