161204-N-TQ690-003 VIETNAM (Dec. 3, 2016) U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Ryan Theobald, a team leader with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), breaks down a wet screen station with the assistance of local workers during a recovery operation in the Nghe An province, Vietnam. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War.
