161203-N-TQ690-034 VIETNAM (Dec. 3, 2016) Mr. Dale Maratas, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) life support investigator, analyzes material recovered from screening operations in the Nghe An province, Vietnam. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War.
