Jacolby Harris, a communications technician deployed by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), searches through sediment along with local workers during recovery operations in Nghe An province, Vietnam. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War.
