Jacolby Harris, a communication technician, preps a unit for excavation in the Nghe An Province, Vietnam. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War. The mission of DPAA is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
