161126-N-TQ690-077 TINH PROVINCE, Vietnam (Nov. 19, 2016) Archeologist Mr. Jeremy Decker, a scientific recovery expert with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), creates a unit with the assistance from U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Mandy Plante, a medical technician, and U.S. Marine Sgt. Jacolby Harris, a communication technician, in the Nghe An Province, Vietnam. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War. The mission of DPAA is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
