PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 27, 2016) The guided-missile destroyer USS Decatur (DDG 73) prepares to receive fuel during a replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command dry cargo ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7).
