161027-N-OI810-384 PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 27, 2016) Petty Officer 2nd Class (AW) Reginald Harris, from Memphis, Tennessee, fires an M240B machine gun during a live-fire exercise on the fantail of the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The live-fire exercise provided Weapons Department and Security Department personnel with small-arms proficiency training for the .50-caliber and M240B machine guns. Ronald Reagan, the Carrier Strike Group Five flagship, is on patrol supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
