YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 20, 2016) - Lt. Cmdr. Reginaldo Cagampan of U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) Yokosuka tends to a patient during the annual bilateral mass casualty drill between USNH Yokosuka and members of the Japan Self Defense Force (JSDF) Hospital Yokosuka. The drill simulates a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in the Kanto Plain Region. In the scenario both Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka and the city of Yokosuka suffer significant damage and approximately 61 people are seriously injured. The USNH Yokosuka is the largest U.S. military treatment facility on mainland Japan caring for approximately 43, 000 eligible beneficiaries. (U.S. Navy photo by USNH Yokosuka Public Affairs/Released)
