YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 20, 2016) - Lt. Cmdr. Reginaldo Cagampan of U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) Yokosuka tends to a patient during the annual bilateral mass casualty drill between USNH Yokosuka and members of the Japan Self Defense Force (JSDF) Hospital Yokosuka. The drill simulates a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in the Kanto Plain Region. In the scenario both Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka and the city of Yokosuka suffer significant damage and approximately 61 people are seriously injured.
