The Madonna Residence provides Independent Living and Adult Day care services to the San Francisco community. San Francisco Fleet Week is an annually occurring event where thousands of Marines and Sailors come to showcase the capabilities of the Navy-Marine Corps team to residents, and an opportunity for members of the sea services to meet and thank the community for its support.
