(Oct. 2, 2016) LT Shawn Osborne, a Navy Chaplain, on October 2nd, lines up as a motivator with Recruits for their 1.5-mile segment of the Physical Fitness Assessment at Recruit Training Command. The PFA consist of three portions: 2-minute sit-ups, 2-minute push-ups, and 1.5-run.
