Shawn Osborne, a Navy chaplain, runs as a motivator with recruits for their 1.5-mile segment of the Physical Fitness Assessment at Recruit Training Command. The PFA consist of three portions: 2-minute sit-ups, 2-minute push-ups, and 1.5-run.
