160923-N-NB544-002 PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 23, 2016) USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) steams through the Philippine Sea in support of Valiant Shield 2016 (VS16). VS16 is a biennial, U.S.-only, field training exercise (FTX) with a focus on integration of joint training among U.S. forces.
