JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Sept. 9, 2016) – Naval Hospital (NH) Jacksonville Commanding Officer Capt. David Collins offers encouragement to sailors from NH Jacksonville and Naval Air Station Jacksonville participating in a 9/11 Memorial 5K run. About 300 military and civilian personnel later gathered at the hospital’s flagpole for the raising of morning colors and a ceremony to honor first responders and the nation’s resilience.
