160903-N-XN177-103 YOKOSUKA, Japan (September 3, 2016) – The U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) passes the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Walter S. Diehl (T-AO 193) as it departs Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka to continue its 2016 patrol. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
