160831-N-VN372-002 HOUSTON – (Aug. 31, 2016) Doctor Redentor Roy, a Houston resident and naturalized citizen from the Republic of the Philippines, receives his oath of service from Navy Recruiting District Houston’s Assistant Operations Officer Lt. Cmdr. Travis Mann. Roy is a Nephrologist and Doctor of Internal Medicine. He completed the Columbia University’s Internal Medicine Program, performed his fellowship at Baylor College and will enter the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander after being recruited by NRD Houston’s medical recruiter Navy Lt. Diana Tran-Yu. From the right of Roy, his wife, also a Houston doctor, their eldest daughter studies education at Lone Star College, their son attends Houston’s Western Academy and youngest daughter attends Awty International High School.
