CONCHAGUA, El Salvador (Aug. 31, 2016) – Captain Angel Cruz, deputy commodore of Destroyer Squadron 40, speaks at the grand opening of the Barrio El Calvario community center in Conchagua, El Salvador. The community center is one of the projects built by the Southern Partnership Station 2016 (SPS 16) Construction Engagement Team.
