NAVSCIATTS' International Students Tour COMPACFLT Museum
160824-N-JK586-062 HONOLULU, Hawaii -- Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School Commander Clay Pendergrass speaks to international students participating in NAVSCIATTS' Strategic Leaders International Course during a tour of the Command Pacific Fleet's museum in conjunction with the Special Remembrance Barge Tour in Hawaii. The SLIC students traveled to Hawaii through NAVSCIATT'S Field Study Program, established to foster relationships with partner nation officers and forces. Naval Special Warfare's NAVSCIATTS, located at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse operating under the U.S. Special Operations Command in support of Foreign Security Assistance and Geographic commander's Theater Security Cooperation.
