MAYPORT, Fla. (Aug. 20, 2016) – Lt. j.g. Jacob Kosta, assigned to U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet crawls through a mud pit while participating in the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Mayport Mud Run event. The mud run is an annual event hosted by MWR for service members and their families to participate in with 26 obstacles in the course.
