CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - Japanese Minister of Defense Tomomi Inada visited Camp Lemonnier August 15. Rick Williamson, presented a rungu stick as a gift, which is a traditional wooden throwing club or baton bearing special symbolism and significance in certain East African tribal cultures.
