(Aug. 13, 2016) Midshipman candidates with The University of Arizona’s Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps unit reply to commands as they learn close-order platoon drill at Camp Navajo, Arizona, as part of joint New Student Orientation training. The University of Arizona NROTC’s weeklong NSO training took place Aug. 12-19, with half combined at Camp Navajo alongside freshman candidates from the University of New Mexico and Arizona State University NROTC units, and the second half at The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
