160812-N-PD309-162 QINGDAO, China (August 12, 2016) A Sailor from the People's Liberation Army (Navy) North Sea Fleet assists the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Benfold (DDG 65) during a Code for Unplanned Encounters at Sea exercise.
