Emily Tuggle, intensive care unit (ICU) registered nurse assigned to U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) Yokosuka's Multi-Service Unit explains the functuality of a neonatal transporter, which is used for transportation of critically ill infants to Vice Adm. C. Forrest Faison, Surgeon General of the Navy and Chief of the Navy's Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, during Faison's tour of the hospital's facilities, Aug. 11.
