Community Concern is a local volunteer center that helps under privileged families to get proper food and health care. Sailors and Marines from USS New Orleans and the embarked 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit are in Sri Lanka to increase bilateral ties with the Sri Lankan navy and exchange best practices on humanitarian assistance/ disaster relief.
