160628-N-XB010-028 PANAMA CANAL (June 28, 2016) Operations Specialist 3rd Class Michelle Sanchez, assigned to the Harper's Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), stands radar scope watch as Oak Hill transits the newly expanded Panama Canal. To commemorate the recent expansion of the canal, Oak Hill conducted a port visit in Rodman, Panama and hosted a reception for local officials and diplomats from the U.S. and trade partners.
