BALBOA, Panama (Jun. 27, 2016) - Fire Controlman 2nd Class Sean Carroll leads a tour of Harper's Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) for Panamanian visitors. To commemorate the recent expansion of the Panama Canal, Oak Hill is conducting a port visit in Balboa and hosted a reception for local officials and diplomats from the U.S. and trade partners.
