BREMERTON, Wash. (June 23, 2016) - Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) operations, fire and emergency and installation security departments help raise a flag in front of the NBK quarterdeck. The flag symbolizes the installation's "merit" worksite achievement through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP).
