160615-N-GG458-083 ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 15, 2016) A rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) is lowered by the knuckleboom crane into the boat valley of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24). Arlington is underway in support of a Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) loading exercise (LOADEX) designed to train and familiarize Sailors and Marines with rapid response capabilities following man-made and natural disasters that affect both local civilian and military populations.
