160608-N-MY174-215: PHILIPPINE SEA (June 8, 2016) - Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Danyelle Jedlicka, from Chocowinity, North Carolina, prepares to dead lift during Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 14�s 1,000-pound club event in USS John C. Stennis' (CVN 74) hangar bay. To become a member of the 1,000-pound club, Sailors performed the dead lift, bench press, and squat for a total of 1,000 pounds lifted for men or 500 pounds for women. Providing a ready force supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific, John C. Stennis is operating as part of the Great Green Fleet on a regularly scheduled 7th Fleet deployment.
