JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (May 26, 2016) – Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Daniel Rahe treats a head laceration on a patient at the clinic. On June 17 the Navy’s most decorated rating celebrates 118 years of service. During the Vietnam War alone, Corpsmen were awarded four Medals of Honor, 31 Navy Crosses, 179 Silver Stars, and 292 Bronze Stars for heroism while under fire.
