160520-N-NB544-025 SASEBO, Japan (May 20, 2016) - Sailors assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), help with landscapting at the local Sasebo Zoological Park and Botanical Garden during a community service project. Bonhomme Richard is the lead ship of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group and is forward-deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operation.
