1605017-N-SU278-134 PACIFIC OCEAN (May 17, 2016) – Sailors assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111), and Coast Guardsmen from Coast Guard District 14 Law Enforcement Detachment prepare to board a merchant fishing vessel for inspection as part of Oceania Maritime Security Initiative (OMSI).
