Mercy is currently deployed in support of Pacific Partnership; this year's mission is designed to emphasize multilateral cooperation and building mutual trust in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. Medical, engineering and various other personnel embarked aboard Mercy will work side-by-side with host and partner nation counterparts, exchanging ideas, building best practices and relationships to ensure preparedness should disaster strike.
