160510-N-XX566-297 SOUTH CHINA SEA (May 10, 2016) The fast combat support ship USNS Rainier (T-AOE 7) finishes a breakaway after completing a replenishment-at-sea with the guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106). Providing a ready force supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific, Rainier has been supporting the John C.
