(May 6, 2016) - Electronics Technician (Navigation) 1st Class Jesse Gracier, from Napa, California, assigned to the Blue crew of the Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarine USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 735), receives the first kiss as the boat returns to Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor following a routine strategic deterrent patrol.
