160506-N-SJ730-037 SAN DIEGO (May 6, 2016) Crewmembers aboard the hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) participate in an abandon ship drill while in its homeport at Naval Base San Diego. Mercy is preparing for Pacific Partnership, the largest annual multilateral humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
